Hello Friends, Family and Colleagues

This year Michelle, Stuart and Brian are taking part in Great North Run 2009. The event takes place on 20th sept (not long now). During the run-up until the event we hope to raise as much money as possible for Metro Radio's "Cash for Kids" charity where all money raised goes to help disabled and disadvantaged children in the NorthEast.
