Thanks for taking a look, basically I am running the NUTS challenge which is described as:

"7km course with a country mile to start and is one of the most challenging military assault courses in the world."

It will be hard and it would be great if i could be doing it for something worthwhile...and DMD Trust is. They are committed to furthering research to help deliver a cure for Muscular Dystrophy and it's a fantastic cause.
