In 2007 The Only Residential Respite Centre For Young People With Disabilities In Carlisle- Orton Lea Closed. Although There Are Some Options For Young People To Go To Other Centres Away From Carlisle – Families Have Always Felt The Need To Have A Local Short Break Facility.</span></span></div>
