Story

TEAM ASH  Are once again Raising funds and asking for sponsorship in our fantastic son ASHLEY'S  memory who collapsed aged just 15!!!! and was unable to be revived whilst representing his school in an inter schools cross country championship in stockport In march 2004!!!!

We are aiming to raise funds to help place essential defibrillators in places within our local community including all schools which would be most best placed in an emergency! following on from TEAM ASH  being able to provide a fully automatic defibrillator for Royton and Crompton school (Ashley's school)  In addition to providing a defibrillator to Stubbys Boxing gym in shaw in September 2016 and for the old boltonions rugby club. Also helping with the funding of another defibrillator at sports physio uk clinic in shaw town centre,

We are once again taking part in our flagship event the MANCHESTER TO BLACKPOOL BIKE RIDE on the 14th of July 2024 and we are Asking for sponsors to once again help us to purchase another defibrillator placed within our local community provided by the charity SADS UK which will be funded by TEAM ASH with the help of kind donations from Family friends, neighbours and people who knew ASH!  Also from the wider community so thank you all for your Continuing support!!

Thanks for taking the time to read our story! Gary and Julie Ashley's mum and dad. xxx
