Hello Lovely Supporters (or potential supporters if you haven't yet clicked the 'donate button'....do it do it)

 

A big thank you for taking the time to visit the Team Gold JustGiving page.

 

As many of you may know, I am competing for the Miss England title and a big part of that is helping to raise money for a well deserved and hard working charity, The Variety Club.

 

I have roped in some of my best girlies to run with me side by side in the Adidas Women's 5K Challenge on 5th September 2010- a challenge they have taken on with vigour and a touch of shimmer (there is always space for a touch of shimmer!) to support me and raise as much money and awareness for The Variety Club as possible.

 

The Variety Club has been helping sick, disabled and disadvantaged children throughout the UK for over 60 years by giving freedom, independence and hope through Sunshine Coaches, Easy Riders electric wheelchairs, outings to exciting places, equipping children's hospitals, donating much needed items to families and helping in many other ways.

 

Team Gold are proud to be part of this fundraising event and would encourage you all show your support by sponsoring me and my lovely ladies!

 

Any donation, big or small (but preferably big of course) is welcome, as well as passing the link to this page on to friends and family to also raise awareness and support for such a wonderful charity!

 

So dig deep and we will look forward to seeing you on Sunday 5th September when we cross the line (pom poms can be provided on request)!
