On the 1st of October 2016 Team Sedge will be participating in a Spartan Sprint to raise money for The Anaphylaxis Campaign.

Everyone who knows us is aware of Levi's severe food allergies and we would like to help raise awareness of anaphylaxis; a serious life threatening condition that can effect many allergy sufferers if they come into contact with their allergens. The Anaphylaxis Campain aims to create a safe environment for all people with allergies by educating the food industry, schools, nurses, colleges, health professionals and other key audiences. Their focus is on medical facts, food labelling, risk reduction and allergen management. All very important factors for those of us living with severe allergies personally or as a caregiver.

This will be a huge challenge for myself (Levi's mum) (as many know I am more known for my eating than my exercising...) but I will not be doing this alone. I have a fantastic team of Sedge's all taking on the challenge too.

The Hills won't be sitting on the sides; Ollie, Levi and Carl will be taking part also. Carl individually and the boys in the Junior Spartan Race so lots of encouragement for them too please!
