Hi everyone,

On October 28, Team Shoker (minus Charan) will be reaching for the running shoes and energy drinks as we run around London for Run To The Beat.

Once again we're raising money for a great cause. Macmillan is a charity that over the last few years have helped some people close to our hearts and again its our chance to say thank you.
