Can it really be a year since our glorious accomplishments at the last Royal Vauxhall Tavern Sportsday?  Yes, remember how we, The Trashbags, through our tightly honed bodies, grim determination, competitive zeal and some bits of old cabbage stormed the opposition to wind up a sterling second (from bottom).  We'll we're back again this year, but this time round there'll be no silly costumes just utterly respectable, thoroughly sensible cavemen:  Team Ug!  Yes through deft rebranding, performance enhancing drugs and a heck of a lot of Lucozade we plan to do better, go further, reach higher and quite possible come in third from bottom.

Anyhoo, as I'm sure you know, the point of all this madness is not where we end up on the old score-board.  It's a fund-raising event in conjunction with the HIV/AIDS charity GMFA, which is where you come in.  Please go to the website below and pledge whatever you can spare to both spur us on, and help in a very good cause.  And of course if you can actually make it to the event on Bank Holiday Monday 31st August and watch us engaging in ritual humiliation, more the better.
