On Saturday 19th June we are hosting an event in partnership with Jack FM. We aim to raise over £1,000. Our swimmers raised over £2,500 for Crisis in March, so we are ready to smash our target. Who’s joining us?

Between the hours of 12pm - 4pm on Saturday 19th we will be running a 4 hour continuous swim in our Outdoor Swimming Lake where staff, members and non-members will be able to participate. 

Each swimmer will need to book in their 30 minute allocated slot and this can be done by emailing lee.wood@bicesterhgs.com (please note you do not need to swim for the full 30 minutes should you not want to).

Once you have confirmed your space we would like all swimmers/groups to create their own fundraising page and join our just giving page so we can all work together to raise as much money as possible.

Ronald McDonald House and BHGS Charity Swim on 19th June 2021

The current available slots are as follows: 

12:00 - 12:30pm

12:30 - 13:00pm

13:00 - 13:30pm

13:30 - 14:00pm

14:00 - 14:30pm

14:30 - 15:00pm

15:00 - 15:30pm

15:30 - 16:00pm

All participants will be required to wear a brightly coloured swim hat, we will provide a tow float and we do recommend wet suits however this is not mandatory. 

Members will not need to pay a lake entry fee but for all non-members the entry fee will be £6 (Swimmers only), you are more than welcome to bring friends and family along to support you throughout your swim. 

Between the hours of 8am - 4pm the Performance Cafe will be open where you can purchase an array of food and beverage items, including our newly released smoothies. 

JACK's Radiothon 2021 is in aid of Ronald McDonald House Charities UK, and their 62 Bedroom House at the Oxford Children's Hospital. Providing free home-from-home accommodation to families whilst their child is in hospital, they ensure that parents are only ever minutes from their child's bedside. The House is equipped with 62 en-suite bedrooms, 8 kitchen and living areas, 4 laundries, an incredible garden and 24 hour support.Every penny raised will go towards helping keep families close.
