We are ABF The Soldiers' Charity. We give lifetime support to serving and retired soldiers and their families. They risk so much for us, but for them, it's "just doing their job". In return, we give them down-to-earth help and friendship, with no hassle or bureaucracy. That's what we've been here to offer for 66 years.

The Centenary South Pole Race (2011/12) 450+ miles of hard slog, but in a really great cause. The Army Benevolent Fund needs your help to support all troops of all ages and freezing our butts off in the Antarctic is the very least we can you.
