The Hairy Legs Challenge happened on Sunday 10th May to great success!
Glorious sunshine, good atmosphere and plenty of team (Earthwatch) spirit. We all completed the challenge in good time, and had a giggle in the process.
Thanks to all of our friends and family for your support and donations, and if you didn't get round to donating, we will, of course, still accept your cash!

As you're all aware, economic times are hard at the moment, and charities are feeling the pinch as much as most. So, a few of us from Earthwatch have stepped up to the mark and decided to endure some physical pain in a bid to amass financial support for our beloved Earthwatch from our nearest and dearest.....
That's you!
We are collectively taking part in the Hairy Legs Challenge - No, this is not an attempt to grow leg hair to obscene lengths, but rather a duathlon consisting of a 5km cross country run, 20km off-road bike ride, and finishing with another 5km run. With hills. Oh dear.
So please, dig as deep as you can and help us help our charity. Your valued donations will be used to help fund vital scientific research to help find solutions to some of the world's most urgent environmental problems.
