Team EverFocus are back in the UK having sucessfully completed our three day challenge! An enormous thank you to every single person who has sponsored and supported our efforts!! - we really are extremely close to reaching our target and hope to hit it very soon!

TEAM EverFocus cycle accross France
for Derby Kids' Camp - sept 07
'Team EverFocus' - DKC Chairman Chris Edwards and 2 work colleagues - will be crossing the channel and donning our cycle clips at the end of this month to raise awareness and funds for Derby Kids' Camp and The Wessex Heartbeat Foundation.
The 'team', which includes Chris Edwards, Steve Collin and Martin Featherstone will undertake to cycle 500 miles across France in just three days!
Chris, Steve and Martin who work together at Nottingham-based technology company CIE-Group will be taking part in the the Wessex Heartbeat Cycle Challenge to ride this three-day event from Caen in Normandy down to Beaune in the Burgundy district. And to bring all the action back to the UK throughout the event, we'll be broadcasting our efforts live to the internet using the very latest Global Satellite CCTV technology (whatever that is!). The system will be installed into the DKC minibus (or 'support vehicle' for the 3 days!) to record and broadcast events back to the DKC website throughout the journey.
We have targeted to raise well in excess of £5000 to be shared equally between Derby Kids' Camp and the Wessex Cardiac Centre. The figure raised so far is now over £3500 and we're hoping to beat that target by the completion of the challenge.
Team EverFocus will depart on Thursday 27th September, with the 3 day cycle challenge taking place from Friday 28th to Sunday 30th September.
