As some of you may know we are taking part in the British 10k on Sunday the 8th of July and we NEED your support!

In total 18 of us will be competing the race and we hope to raise as much as we possibly can for our nominated charity Look Good Feel Better the cancer support charity that helps women manage the visible side effects of cancer treatment.
