Story
On 10th July Team Bedford will be participating in the IronMan Germany 2005 event.
The event starts with a 2.4 mile lake swim followed by 112 mile cycle followed by a full marathon. All this is to be achieved in amere 12 hours!
This year TeamBedford are pleased to be supporting Sue Ryder Care St. John's Hospice and we would like to beat our 2003 total of £10,000.
St. John's is well known locally for the quality of it's care and they need over £827,000 this year to keep going.
