Hello lovely folk....

We have been training reet hard in some vague attempt to run 13.1 miles for the love of our papa, John Benwet.

He was a wee bit sick a few years ago with cancer of his eye. Thanks to the marvellous people at Moorfields Eye hospital in London who took special care of him, he's now on the mend and still around to cause trouble and be the pain in arse that we know and love.

To show our appreciation to the hospital and staff we've decided to raise money for their development department in order to hopefully help other people in the same situation and we think it would be super if you could sponsor us! Any donation no matter how small would be grand....
