Hi everyone!!  Well originally I was going to do the the British 10k London run again, but for various reasons I won't be doing that now.  But no fear I have a rather brilliant back up plan!!!

In October I will be taking part in the Jurassic Coast trek!  I'll be starting at Durlston Head, just outside Swanage in Dorset and I'll trek a total of 23 miles (36km) over two days along on the South West Coastal Path in an east to west direction.  This is going to be a tough and testing couple of days, but I'm really excited and ready for a new challenge.

I'm doing this to help raise awareness and money for Epilepsy Research.  They have been really good in helping support me through a difficult 2 years.  And obviously I'm doing this for Jas too, who would think I'd totally lost my mind, first a 10k run and now this, I'm not exactly....ahem....the sportiest!!
