We did it!

The team completed the triathlon in 2hrs 53 mins finishing 198th out of 314 - not bad considering we were competing against mainly men!

Sponsorship money raised through this triathlon will go towards CIWEM's link project with Zambia where it is estimated that only 28% of people have access to water and 24% of people have sanitation.

£120 pays a mason to construct a hand-dug well

£250 pays to rehabilitate a borehole fitted with a water pump that can provide up to 250 people with water

£750 pays to construct a hand-dug well with a hand pump providing water for up to 200 people with water

£4000 pays to construct a borehole with a handpump providing water for up to 250 people
