This is me on the day I was born, by my first birthday I had already had four operations, to give me a smile

Also 20% of the funds raised will be donated to The Queen Victoria Hospital's Peanut Ward. This childrens ward is raising funds to refurbish the ward. This is where my surgery is done and I am looked after. You can visit www.qvh.nhs.uk
