Ray Joiner is taking part in London Edinburgh London 2013, Britain's toughest cycling challenge. 

Starting in north London, he'll have just under five days to ride to Edinburgh and back to London.

Although there will be control points along the route where he can get food and rest, he will be unsupported when riding. If he has a puncture or mechanical failure, he'll be on his own!
