Transforming Lives

Hope and Homes for Children aims to provide the world’s most vulnerable children with the love of a family, hope for the future and the chance to live their lives to the full. In Central and Eastern Europe we close institutions and move children into family-based care whilst, crucially, developing services to prevent child abandonment in the future. In Africa, we provide a vital lifeline for families at risk of breakdown due to the pressures of poverty, disease or conflict.
