Help a Capital Child is proud to announce its new name: Make Some Noise – we will help disadvantaged children and young people across the UK. Thanks to your support, we have grown over the years and we will continue to help those affected by illness, disability, bereavement or lack of opportunity.

Are you ready for TEAM EXTREME! The 20/13 challenge starts here!

This is our 20 races in 13 months and our commitment to raising money for Help a Capital Child who give funds to the Teenage Cancer Trust. the challenge runs from 1st December 2012 to 31st December 2013.

Please show us all the support you can by visiting our just giving page and posting your 'good luck' messages to our wall. We wi

ll be updating every time we do a race which will be anything from biking, running, swimming and doing the biggest and hardest extreme events we can find!

Our members are Emily Colbourne, Christine Reeday and Becky Lamb who have committed to completing this challenge and raising a huge £5,000 for charity in the process so please dig deep and give all you can :)
