Story

Update 18th June

Well - this turned into a solo effort on the day but great weather and camaraderie along the way meant it was as enjoyable as ever.

Thank you to all my sponsors - much appreciated. I hope with a final push I can reach the £500 target.

TeamFM will be cycling the 54 miles from London to Brighton in aid of the British Heart Foundation on 17th June 2012. Please help us make every mile count.

Richard Byatt!

The BHF does great work. Within a decade they aim to: halve the number of people under 75 who die from cardiovascular disease; make sure at least two thirds of people under 75 survive a heart attack; reduce heart-related deaths in all UK local authority areas to the current level in South East England or below; reverse the increase in childhood obesity.

Thank you.
