Monday 6th October - aftermath - well folks, the great news from the Great North Run is that every member of the team (bar Ian, who was struck down with illness just prior to the event) completed the gruelling 13.1 mile course on what was a very hot day, and so, to each of them, a genuine well done for getting out of their beds and doing this for Macmillan.
