The Snowdon Push · 11 May 2009

Back Up services include mentoring, wheelchair skills training and activity courses as well as support in getting back to work or school after an injury. We provide peer led tailored support to help people adjust to a spinal cord injury and inspire independence and confidence for a positive future.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Team GP'09 completed the Snowdon Push, but there's still time to donate - find out what we did and why we did it below....

The challenge is for our team to conquer the 3650 ft high Mount Snowdon in North Wales. As part of the Push, one of our team must be a wheelchair user.

This means walking, climbing, pushing, pulling and wheeling to the summit and back down again, covering about 8 miles of mixed terrain and raising money for The Back-Up Trust.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

So please dig deep and donate now.
