About our charity : St John's Hospice St John's Hospice
St John's Hospice uses a holistic approach to treatment and care, to help more than 600 people a year take control of their lives and learn to manage their illnesses, rather than their illnesses managing them. Focusing on their medical, emotional and spiritual needs, its 19-bed inpatient unit, day services centre and Hospice at Home team provide care, support and advice to patients from a wide variety of backgrounds. All of this is provided entirely free of charge.

Our personal message:

Thank you for visiting our web page we hope you will support us in our venture to raise funds for St John's Hospice by donating on line.

Our team has been created following the completion of an extension to our Outpatient Department and Hospice Day Centre and is made up of Simon Woodgate - Senior Project Manager - Galliford Try Construction, Ian Garlington - Project manager -  Hunter and Partners, David Marshall - Director of Finance - Hospital of St John & St Elizabeth and Claire Hornick - Deputy Chief Executive - Hospital of St John & St Elizabeth. 

This is a team that  reflects the commitment our developers have towards the Hospice, having worked with patients and staff over the passed three years and we are proud to see this amalagmation of companies all coming together for a common cause.

We are now in need of your support as we take part in the London to Paris Cycle Ride in July in aid of St John's Hospice. 

The ride will take us from London, through Kent down to Newhaven, Dieppe to Yerville, Neuborg and Beaumont and finishing under the Eiffel Tower after 4 days of solid cycling.  

We would really appreciate it if you would sponsor us and help us to raise valuable funds for this very special cause, being our on-site Hospice and Palliative Care Centre.

St John's Hospice provides care and support to a whole range of people from a wide stretch of London, supporting patients and their families is at the core of the services offered at St John's.  This year it will cost £2.65 million to continue run the Hospice and the vast majority of this income is down to fundraising so please be one of the people that keep these essential services operating by sponsoring us and raising money for a charity close to all our hearts, st John's, the Hospice in the Heart of London.

The most efficient way to sponsor us is through this site.  St John's Hospice will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you, please follow the instructions when making your donation and confirm that you are a taxpayer.
