Story
Sam Laws served in the army, and Team Laws coach Darren served in the RAF Regiment for 9 years. Help for Heroes does outstanding work supporting wounded and injured service men and women from all 3 services.
Whilst not directly linked to the work that helps Ewan, we all felt that Help For Heroes is more than deserving of some help from our plan to get Ben and Ewan around 1.2 miles of swimming, 56 miles of biking and 13.1 miles of running.
