The Genesis Appeal is the only UK charity dedicated entirely to the prevention of breast cancer. Currently one in ten women in the UK will develop breast cancer. The aim of The Genesis Appeal is to create a future without breast cancer, by making 1 in 10, none in 10. Funding is essential to continue our vital research into the prevention and early diagnosis of this terrible disease. My story

Hello and thanks for visiting our fundraising page.

On Sunday 14th June we will be doing a 10km walk through the streets of Manchester together with a group of family and friends. We are raising money for the Genesis Appeal, the only UK charity dedicated entirely to the prevention of breast cancer. The Genesis Appeal is a charity which is close to our hearts as 13 years ago our mum died of breast cancer. We are aiming to raise as much money as possible so any sponsorship, however big or small, will really mean a lot.

Lots of our amazing friends and family are showing their support by joining us on the walk so even though you may not know who we are hopefully you know one of these people:
