One would think that to do a challenge like this a person would need to be in great physical fitness... however this is not the case for us.

Therefore not only will we be doing the 24 peak challenge we will be doing alot of unauthodoxed exercise before hand, in order to get ready for it.

Now one might wonder why we are putting ourselves through this, well this is such a great challenge in an incredible environment for such a good cause... how could we not do it?
