I am a community fundraiser for Zoë’s Place Baby Hospice.

 

We are a charity based in Middlesbrough, providing respite and palliative care for babies from birth to 5 years old with life limiting or life threatening conditions. We offer our care free of charge to our babies and their families throughout the UK.

 

Zoë’s Place receives very little funding to help support our service and therefore rely on the generosity of those around us and monies raised from fundraising events in order to keep our hospice running.

 

As community fundraiser for Zoe’s Place I along with a team of six volunteers are going to trek Mont Blanc on the 4th September 2013. We are undertaking the challenge of trekking 65km through three countries in three days.

 

In order to make this fundraising event a success and raise vital funding for our hospice, we are looking for sponsorship and support from anyone that is in the position to be able to support us.
