Reached 10 miles! On a sunny Sunday morning it didn't seem as bad as I'd feared, but breaking through the small hangover barrier was a triumph in itself. It left the rest of the run to be cheered on the dulcet tones of Terry Wogan on the iPod radio - surprisingly distracting!

A year on from the first attempt - and Team Orme are back! Unfortunately last year events overtook and I was unable to finish the London marathon - fainting at mile 19. 

But this has presented the perfect opportunity to raise more vital funds for the brilliant Macmillan nurses, and this year I am running with an official charity place.

So another year of training is underway, and Dad is joining me once more to give it all we've got and raise as much as possible.

Once again then, I am shamelessly asking you to support my efforts on behalf of Macmillan and sponsor me once more! This is the last time and I am determined to do it and raise as much as possible for one of the most fantastic charities.
