I'm entering the 'Paras 10' challenge on September 9th 2012 - the same 10 mile multi-terrain 'P' Company cross country route used for Paratrooper selection. I'll be carrying carrying a bergen weighing 35lb, fully booted and ready to roll - no lycra here! As a guide the 'P' Company selection cut off time is 1hr 50m, miss this and they fail. Being of a certain age this is going to take me a fair bit of training and I'd love your support.
