So we're cycling End to End - Land's End, Cornwall to John O'Groats, Scotland between July 25 and Aug 5.
We'll cover 857 miles over 12 days, cycling an average of 71 miles per day.
The inspiration for the ride was Keith Griffiths. One of the best men you'll meet, Keith sadly lost his battle with cancer in May last year.
James, Vaughan and Mot are cycling the whole 857 miles. Nick is cycling 336 of them, Lucy the final (hilly) 54. Jan is doing what she does best; barking orders from the support vehicle.
As a team we're supporting several cancer charities in memory of Keith.

Lucy: Iain Rennie Grove House - the Hospice that cared for Keith.
