This year we're doing the York 10k on the 5th August in aid of 3 charities, the Yorkshire Air Ambulance, Yorkshire Cancer Research and Spinal Research. All charities are close to our hearts; the YAA rescued Alex when he crashed coming in to land flying his paraglider last year, whilst Donna worked for YCR and knows just how dedicated and hard-working the charity is.
Spinal Research have had recent promising breakthroughs. There was a recent study that managed to restore function in rats after paralysis.
