Inventive IT and their friends at Thomson Al Fresco are taking part in this year's Manchester Winter Urbanathlon. We're running to raise money and awareness for SPARKS and in the name of Ruby Hope Mackenzie, daughter of our good friend Brian and his wife Lisa, who was recently born with Down's Syndrome. SPARKS work in the hope that one day ALL babies will be born healthy and stay healthy. It's a worthy cause and if that's not enough, it would make a big difference to us when we're out training in the cold, dark November nights to see your support. The run itself is on 27/Nov in Platt Fields park near Fallowfield in Manchester and we'd love to see you down there. We'll probably be cold, wet and muddy so if you put a bit extra in your flask for us it would be appreciated :-)
