Laurance up's the game.
Laurance successfully completed a 46 mile run the weekend battling galeforce winds and learning the art of eating whilst travelling. This raises the bar Ross now who has only managed a 35 mile run including a lunch break.
Laurance & Ross have teamed up to raise money for the British Heart Foundation by taking part in the London to Brighton Cycle Ride.
Neither having alot of cycling experience both Laurance and Ross are putting themselves through the paces to raise their fitness levels.
