Hi, We are Oscar's Pink Pedlars and we've joined together to raised money for a wee boy called Oscar who was born with one arm missing and few of life's other challenges as well. Oscar also wants us to raise money for his own 'children with upper limb deficiency charity' Reach, and to 'reach' from young children like himself all the way through the age groups to Vets of the Armed Forces via the BLESMA charity.
To tell our story here are a few words from Oscar;
Well, where do I start? Oh yes, my Great Uncle Billy, and three of his pals, Duncan, David and Chris are cycling from London to Glasgow to raise money for my fund plus my two charities, 420 miles and uphill all the way. They’ve called their team the Pink Pedlars.
The pink bit is 'cause they all like rugby - Ayr Rugby Club, Camberley Rugby Club SCRUFFS, and the Corso Marauders, but I want to know why aren’t they wearing pink in the photograph?
