Simon and Phil are cycling from Lands End to John O'Groats between 23 July and somewhere around 4-6 August. We will be covering around 1000 miles, 80-100 miles a day, which will be 6-7 hours in the saddle. We will be climbing over 10 vertical kilometers over the distance, and doing so unsupported, ie carrying all our luggage with us.
We are doing this for two really deserving charities, Simon for the Eden Valley Hospice, and Phil for Homerton University Hospital.
