Team Truck East partners deafblind charity to take on the Great North Run
A team of nine runners, all TruckEast employees or their immediate families, are taking on a gruelling 13.1 mile run on Sunday 18th September to raise money for Sense, the national deafblind charity.
Sense provides expert advice and information as well as specialist services to deafblind people, their families, carers and professionals who work with them.
Each runner is aiming to raise at least £300 for Sense. The money raised by the team will help deafblind children and adults overcome the isolation that they face on a daily basis and enjoy some of the things that most people take for granted.
Please support our team by making a donation, however small.
