On June 28th a bunch of friends are attempting "Pretty Muddy" which is a 5k muddy obstacle course set up by the Race for Life peeps and raising money for cancer research UK.
Please dig deep and sponsor us. We have a sprained ankle, a post surgery knee op, and a broken clavicle among us! Plus a few extra pounds! So this will actually be quite a challenge!
So whether it's £1 or £20 please just chip in with what you can afford. After all it's for a brilliant cause that many, if not all of us can relate to.
