Story
Unfortunately one of my closest friends suffered two serious strokes last year at the young age of only 24. This has really made me understand how lucky we all are, as I know this easily could have been me. I can’t even imagine how this would have affected my family and it’s for this reason I wanted to do something to try and help others that are affected by stroke. After raising £375 previously this year running three races, one with my 3 year old son Teddy and two with my dad Craig. I really wanted to do more. Something bigger and tougher. The stroke Association have now given me a platform to do this by offering me one of their charity places for the 2019 London marathon. It will be tough juggling work training and family life, but nothing compares to the hardship of others I’ve witnessed first hand. I appreciate all donations no matter how big or small. Even a like or a share can make a difference it all matters. I just want to say thank you and thank you from everyone affected by stroke 💙💙
