3 Peaks Challenge · 16 February 2006

We’re the National Deaf Children’s Society. We're the charity for deaf children with any level of hearing loss. Whatever the question or challenge, we’ll help find a way through. We believe in a world where anything is possible for deaf children.

Story

The Three Peaks that make up the Challenge are Ben Nevis in Scotland, Scafell Pike in England and Snowdon in Wales. The Challenge is to conquer them all in 24 hours!

It's an amazing challenge to take part in and by completing the event we'll have climbed 2,709 metres, walked 25 miles, driven over 900 miles and raised vital funds to help remove the barriers facing deaf children and their families in the UK.

The team members are:

Phil Lee
Farooq Durrani
Noman Khan
Teresa & Jim Povey
Phil Ward
Paul Whitmore
