Lucy, Doug, Brian and I are cycling 33 miles for the Thames Bridges Ride to raise money for The Stroke Association on Sunday 31 May.
The Stroke Association is a charity who provide support and valuable information for stroke sufferers and their families, and fund research into this area.
Please help us raise our target amount of £280.
Any small amount you can give will go a long way to help.
And please remember if you are UK tax payer, Justgiving will add 25% in Gift Aid plus a 3% supplement, to your donation.
