Hello ! - Thanks for taking the time to visit Team Wake's JustGiving Page!

Team Wake has completely exceeded all expectations when they
raised £40,000 for Alzheimer’s Society in the Great North Run 2016. Following
on from this success, we have all certainly caught the running bug to make a
real difference to those people living with Dementia in our local communities.

So what now? How can we continue to make a
difference?........ Introducing #TEAMWAKE100!!!!

Over the next 3 years, #teamwake100 is committing to
various challenges (watch this space, more information to come) to raise £100,000
for Alzheimer’s Society. This money will go towards vital research into
Alzheimer’s Disease and essential care for those people living with Dementia,
allowing them to live well and maintain their independence for longer.
