Story
Having gone easy(ish) on the pies and pints for the last few months and completed what seems like a lot of training, I will be attempting to drag myself around the London Marathon on April 25th. I am raising money for Cardiac Risk in the Young (CRY), in memory of my good pal Guy who passed away suddenly last year. CRY is a charity that was founded to raise awareness of conditions that can lead to Sudden Cardiac Death, and provide cardiac screening, bereavement support and ongoing research into young sudden cardiac death. It is a great charity and a worthy cause, and any donations large or small would be appreciated. Thanks!
