Hi All,

A group of family and friends have agreed to run this 5K event with me in memory of a great mate Karen Saunders who loved her sport and the great outdoors, but sadly died of cancer.

Ten years ago, two trees were planted in her memory by the Anderson sisters and we thought it would be a fitting occasion to mark the 10th anniversary with "Sport and the Great Outdoors" by taking part in the London Trees for Cities run at Battersea Park on 19th September 2009.

We know times are tough and if you can spare a tenner for the TEN10 team we would really appreciate it.
