My story
Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.
Cancer is a horrid disease that rips life away from people all over the world regardless of colour, creed, age, sex or wealth.
Pretty much everyone reading this will know someone who has either lost a friend or relative to cancer or who may have been affected themselves.
The only way we stand a chance against cancer is to support research into ways to detect, control or eradicate it.
We're doing the Tenby Boxing Day Swim !
For this reason we're asking you to please spare a pound or two, more if you can spare it, so that we can help - just a little bit.
Yes, Christmas is an expensive time of year, but cancer doesn't care about when to strike and many people face lonely, sad times ahead without loved ones.
Our efforts are in particular dedicated to the memory of Elizabeth Hodges - mother of Julian and mother-in-law of Rob - who sadly lost her battle in March 2011.
We're going to have a lot of fun taking part and you in turn can have fun laughing at us screaming like girls whilst watching the videos we post afterwards. If you're near Tenby, come on down !!
