We provide UK-wide support and information to improve life after brain injury

Story

In May 2012 Michael fell and sufferred severe head injuries. He was in a coma for two weeks and underwent a number of neurological procedures. He remains in hospital and is undergoing a lengthy spell of rehabilitation.

Michael is an exceptional barrister and although he has now retired from the bar he remains an associate member of Ten Old Square. Michael's family have recieved support from Headway, the brain injuries charity, during the last nine months. Michael's family (including his wife and 60-year old mother-in-law), friends and colleagues have entered the 45-mile Four Inns Walk across some of the roughest terrain in the UK; we have entered 5 teams of 4 walkers. The walkers start at 6.24am on 6th April 2013 and hope to finish by 10pm that night.  Michael himself was a keen walker and had undertaken and completed this challenge.

We hope to raise a substantial sum for Headway, the brain injuries charity.
