Teradyne Snowden Expedition · 21 January 2009

We raise funds to support Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust’s family of hospitals, including: Royal Manchester Children’s Hospital | Manchester Royal Infirmary | Wythenshawe Hospital | Manchester Royal Eye Hospital | Saint Mary’s Hospital | North Manchester General Hospital

Story

Not content with braving the peak of Helvellyn (950M) in blizzard conditions last April the adventurous amongst us at Teradyne have decided to push ourselves even further this year in our endeavour to raise money for The New Children's Hospital Appeal and attempt to make our way to the summit of Mount Snowdon (1085M)!

.

We will be setting off on our expedition on the 4th April. However this year there will be a slight twist to the proceedings with 2 groups racing their way to the top of the mountain!

 .

The 1st group will be travelling up the mountain in the traditional (and more sensible) manner - on foot, while the 2nd group have decided the best way to reach the summit is on Mountain Bikes (And yes, they are all crazy)!!

.

Everyone taking part is of varying fitness levels and experience. But one thing we all have in common is huge amounts of enthusiasm and the determination to make it to the top!

.

So no matter which of us you know, please, please dig deep and donate as much as you can!
