About our charity : Central Manchester & Manchester Children's University Hospitals Charity Central Manchester & Manchester Children's University Hospitals Charity
A new children's hospital for Manchester and the north west is currently under construction in central Manchester. The New Children's Hospital Appeal, spearheaded by Bob the Builder, aims to raise £20m to support projects within the new hospital. The Appeal will provide the latest equipment for diagnosis and treatment and a place for parents to stay when their child is in hospital. Our personal message:

As you may already be aware Teradyne DS Ltd. has pledged to raise £30,000 over 3 years for the New Children's Hospital Appeal. As 2008 is our 3rd and final year of fundraising for The New Childrens Hospital Appeal we need to do everything we can to reach our target.

With this is mind a group of us have decided to climb the dizzy heights of Helvellyn on the 12th April. We are all of varying fitness levels and abilities with some people scaling mountains on a regular basis and others leading a more sedentary life (one that doesn't include climbing mountains anyway)! You may know all of us or you may know only one of us, but either way please dig deep and donate what you can to help us reach our final target of £30,000.
