So as you may or may not know my dad, Terry, agreed to dress up like an elf if we could raise £1000 for Little Havens Childrens Hospice! We've got the outfit on it's way and the date. And we also have a promise that he'll go to church as an elf on Christmas eve (pending to vicar's permission ;-)  )

I know some of you have already made pledges so this is just to make it a little easier for those of you who won't be able to get to Essex to see the 6'4'' elf!
