Thanks for visiting my fundraising page. On June 14th 2009 I will run in the Wargrave 10K for which I've been training over the last several months. I am running to raise money for OVACOME, an ovarian cancer charity (no.1058026). Please give to this worthy charity who inform and support people affected by ovarian cancer.

Update: July 2009

I completed the Wargrave 10K run in 60 mins and 52 secs! It was a very hot sunny morning and there were over 600 runners altogether. I ran with my daughter-in-law Caroline (see photo #2) who also raised money for Ovacome. I have now collected my offline sponsorship money and the total including online donations to date is over £2,000.

Thank you to everyone who sponsored me for the run and for donating so much money. I am sure that Ovacome will use this money wisely.
